What is a good exercise for a girl with…?

I һаνе really bіɡ boobs (DDD), ѕο I саח′t rυח vigourously οr ԁο jumping jacks (οr much еƖѕе) without having really sore breasts аחԁ back problems. I ԁο walk, stretch, аחԁ ԁο basic exercises, bυt I’m looking fοr something more intense tһаt doesn’t involve tοο much jumping. Aחу іԁеаѕ, οtһеr tһаח a sports bra? Those things саח′t tame mе. HAHA.

    Try biking. The harder the resistance, the better the workout. Good cardio too.

    Try weight lifting
    bicycling
    yoga
    or try joining a gym.
    they have personal trainers that can help you too.

    check your local gym to see if they do body pump. http://www.lesmills.com – this is a weights based class so you aren’t jumping about or anything, you are working with a bar from either a standing or lying on bench position. it’s really good fun & a great work out.

    Yoga and walk alot. Possibly swimming?

    swim laps, use an elliptical or bike at a high incline and/or tension setting, weight/strength training, body bar…. You could also try and double up on the sports bras or use one that is made for greater motion and intensity… (Champion brand sportswear makes several great ones!)

    Well, why don’t you do dancing? And cardio dancing, meaning dancing and cardio roll into one.

    It’s intense and don’t have much jumping that’ll “sore” your breasts and cause you back pain.

    The other exercise you can try out is water aerobic exercise which really works on your legs and arms and thighs and abs…. and no jumping at all.

    By the way, the walking you currently engaged in is good too.
